PRIVACY POLICY

01Who is responsible

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the NicheCommand website (the “Website”). The controller responsible for data processing within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) is:

Thorsten Meyer
Blombergstraße 11 C
82393 Iffeldorf
Deutschland
staff@nichecommand.com

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Website is an informational marketing site; it has no user accounts, no login, and no e-commerce functions.

02Hosting & server log files

The Website is hosted by an external service provider in Germany:

ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich
Inhaber: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Deutschland

When you access the Website, the hosting provider's web server automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This may include:

  • anonymised / abbreviated IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of the request
  • the page / file requested and the amount of data transferred
  • HTTP status code and referrer URL
  • browser type, version, and operating system

This data is technically necessary to display the Website, to guarantee stability and security, and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A merger of this data with other data sources is not carried out, and the data is not used to identify you personally. Log data is deleted after a short retention period unless required as evidence in the event of a security incident.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA / Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) with our hosting provider as required by Art. 28 GDPR.

03Cookies & analytics

This Website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies, and it does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or comparable third-party tracking or profiling tools. No consent banner is required because no consent-relevant cookies are used.

04Web fonts (self-hosted)

This Website uses the web fonts “Anton”, “Archivo”, and “JetBrains Mono” for a consistent presentation. These fonts are self-hosted: the font files are served directly from our own server together with the rest of the Website. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third-party content delivery network, so no font request, and therefore no IP address, is transmitted to Google or any external provider when you view a page.

This avoids any third-party data transfer for fonts entirely. The fonts are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in an appealing, uniform presentation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

05Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail (e.g. at staff@nichecommand.com), the information you provide — including your e-mail address and the content of your message — is processed solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) where applicable, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We retain such correspondence only as long as necessary and as required by statutory retention obligations.

06External links

The Website contains links to external websites (for example “Powered by Thorsten Meyer AI”). Once you click such a link, this Privacy Policy no longer applies; the privacy practices of the respective third-party operator govern your data. We have no control over the content or data processing of linked sites.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — to know what data we process about you
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16) — to have inaccurate data corrected
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — to have your data deleted
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18) — to limit processing
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20)
  • Right to object (Art. 21) — to object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at staff@nichecommand.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for our location is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA).

08Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Website or to legal requirements. The version published here always applies.
