What this is
Every day, hundreds of thousands of domains quietly expire and return to the open market. Buried in that flood is a small number of names that once carried real businesses, with the audience, reputation and authority that take years to build. NicheCommand exists to find those few, rank them by business potential, and vet each one for risk, before anyone else gets there.
It is a working research desk, not a directory: the whole day's expiring market goes through one disciplined funnel — scan, filter, investigate, categorize, rank — and comes out as a short queue a person can actually act on.
The principles it is built on
- Evidence first. Every finding traces back to the evidence behind it. Nothing is asserted without proof you can review.
- Nothing hidden. Every domain considered stays on record, including the ones set aside, with the reason. If a name isn't in the queue, the system says why.
- Every call on record. Shortlist, pass, or buy — each decision is timestamped and kept, so any call can be defended later: to a partner, a buyer, or yourself next month.
- Risk before spend. Brand conflicts, reputation history, and true availability are checked before money moves, not after.
